Spring 2012 classes will be split between The Comfort Cafe at 3945 Tennyson Street in Denver and 33001 Alpine Lane, Evergreen, CO.

Class Overview

Enlightened culinary instruction by Vicki Johnston, 20+ year vegan veteran and Master of Holistic Nutrition. The classes are personal -- just a handful of students. Each class is an educational and culinary treat, blending Vicki's creativity as an artist, experience as a plant-based personal chef, and nutritional expertise. Come check out the casual-yet-intimate environment, smell the smells, taste the results, and walk away feeling ready to ramp up your lifestyle with home-cooked, nutrient-dense, delicious meals.

Practice cutting techniques and learn about vegetable energetics. Vegetables bring beautiful shapes and colors to our meals as well as provide essential vitamins and minerals.
