grains, beans, soy foods, nuts & seeds, seasonal
vegetables and fruits, unrefined oils, natural sweeteners
are the ingredients we use. The foods cooked in all
classes emphasize whole foods rather than processed,
organic foods, and are vegan -- totally plant-based,
